Privacy policy

This site collects only what you choose to send in a form: your name, contact details, preferred appointment time and notes. It is shared with Sean Phillips (REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty) and Peter Solymosi (mortgage broker, Dominion Lending Centres White House Mortgages) so they can respond to your request. It is not sold or rented.

Forms are delivered by our form provider (Formspree) and stored in email. Calculators run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into a calculator is sent anywhere. The site uses no advertising trackers or third-party cookies.

A credit check only happens if you give written consent on a full mortgage application with Peter. To see, correct or delete your information, email chaletsean@gmail.com.
